Admissions Requirements

East African Civil Aviation Academy (EACAA) admits both Ugandans and Non-Ugandans. Whenever admissions are open, we inform the general public through Ugandan National tabloids as well as on our website. EACAA only admits applicants with the minimum requirements. Ensure you meet all necessary criteria before applying to our programs.

Academic Requirements

Advanced level or High school diploma or equivalent
Math and Physics are core
Proficiency in English
18 Years and above

Medical Requirements

Class 1 Medical Certificate (for professional programs)
Class 2 Medical Certificate (for private pilot license)
Good physical and mental health
Normal color vision

Documentation

Completed application form
Official academic transcripts
Copy of passport or national ID
Two letters of recommendation
Personal statement (500 words)

International students

You are required to first have your academic documents equated to Ugandan standards before application. The process of equating the qualifications and the forms to be used can be accessed here
