📅 Application Period
- Opens: March 23, 2026 (8:00 AM)
- Closes: June 26, 2026 (11:59 PM EAT)
- Admission: September 2026
- Late applications will NOT be accepted
✅ Eligibility Requirements
Pilot Training & Flight Dispatch:
- UCE: 5 passes incl. English & Maths
- UACE: 2 principal passes (Follow advert Minimum requirements)
- Age: 18+ years by September 2026
- Physically able
Aircraft Maintenance:
- UCE: 5 passes incl. English, Maths (Credit), Physics (Credit)
- UACE: 2 principal pass in Physics and Maths
- Age: 20+ years by September 2026
📋 Required Documents
- Certified UCE & UACE result slips
- Certified Birth Certificate OR
- National ID or Passport
- Passport photo (white background)
- Recommendation letter
- You must pay application fee of one hundred thousand uganda shilling (Ugx100,000/=)(non-refundable)
All documents must be certified
⚙️ Application Process
- Step 1: Create account & verify email
- Step 2: Complete application form
- Step 3: Upload certified documents
- Step 4: Pay application fee (UGX 100,000) and attach scanned receipt
- Step 5: Submit & save application number. NOTE: Application once submitted is not retrieved
🎯 Selection & Admission
- July: Document verification
- Aug: Shortlisting
- Aug: Interviews/Aptitude tests
- Sept: Admission letters issued
- Sept: Registration
